POWERS AND DUTIES

􀂃 Encouraged to attend all regular and special meetings of the Executive Board.

􀂃 To serve as an ex-officio, non-voting member of the Executive Board.

􀂃 To communicate relevant ALF activities to the Executive Board at each meeting of the

Board and keep the Board informed of issues and concerns of ALF including changes in

officers.

􀂃 To prepare a report of the year’s activities to the AZLA membership for inclusion in the annual report distributed at conference.
